  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items, swimwear, undergarments, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.
